The Mission of the Nutrition Section of the West Virginia Public Health Association is to support development and coordination of nutrition efforts within the WVPHA; to provide continuing education and development of initiatives and leadership efforts; to support recruitment of professionally trained candidates for new and/or vacant nutrition positions; to promote and encourage effective local nutrition services program development through inclusion of membership on committees; and to encourage nutrition partners to join WVPHA.
