General Information
The West Virginia Public Health Association is proud to celebrate 101 Years at the Annual Conference to be held at Oglebay Resort, 465 Lodge Drive, Wheeling, WV 26003 on September 17–19, 2025. Below, we have provided information regarding conference registration for participants, hotel reservations, the main agenda/welcome letter and Exhibitor Registration. Please refer to your section for those individual agendas. Pre-registration (encouraged). Mark your calendars today. You won't want to miss this!
All attendees must be a member of the West Virginia Public Health Association to register for the conference. If not already paid, membership dues will be collected during registration.
Section registration fees are included with Full Conference Registration, and Thursday only Registrations. All registration fees will be paid with one payment. Note: Section membership dues will still be coordinated by each section.

Conference Registration Pricing
Full Conference - $250 (all breaks, Lunch and Banquet Thursday included)
Wednesday Only - $50 (breaks included)
Thursday Only - $125 (lunch and breaks included)
Thursday Only with Banquet - $200 (lunch and breaks included)

Advertising and Exhibit Registration
The West Virginia Public Health Association is planning for our 101st annual conference scheduled for September 17-19, 2025 at Oglebay Resort, Wheeling, WV. Our Association hopes that you will be interested in providing an exhibit, and/or advertising in our program for this year’s conference.
Members of the Association include registered sanitarians, public health nurses, home health nurses, health officers, administrators, nutritionists, dental professionals, student affiliates, office assistants and representatives from each of the eleven sections of the West Virginia Bureau for Public Health. This is the one of the few times of the year that such a large group of public health officials meet to discuss new technologies and share information. For this reason, we hope that you will agree to provide an exhibit promoting your organization at this year’s conference.
Exhibits will be located in the same area where break refreshments will be served. This enables conference attendee’s ample time to view the exhibits and ask questions of the representatives. We also offer each exhibit booth one complimentary ticket to our annual banquet and awards ceremony which is held on Wednesday night.
