The West Virginia Public Health Emergency Management Association (PHEMA) is looking for potential members, like you, who are actively engaged in some field of public health, as well as persons in fields closely related to public health and having a common bond with PHEMA Membership.
To become a member of the PHEMA, download (doc, pdf) located below, print and submit the application below, along with the $15.00 annual membership dues.
Current members' dues are $15.00 on or before April 1st of each year. It increase to $20.00 after that date. Life members' are exempt from these fees (members listed below).
This year the PHEMA is excited to provide multiple options for registration to make it easier for you and your organization.
